At Neilson Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags remain attached and the garment is in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
